 Sunpak infrared natural gas or propane patio heaters are specifically made to provide outdoor patio heating with economy, safety, and convenience. These heaters have been used throughout the U.S.and Canada for the last 20 years. When these heaters are properly installed, they increase the comfort level 5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit outside.These heaters' effectiveness depends on wind velocity, current air temperature, and other factors. Sunpak heaters feature an aluminized or stainless steel enclosure along with an aluminum face grill that provides resistance to the rain and wind.

Comfort and Coverage:
There are two types of heater models: The model S25, which has an input rating of 25,000 BTUH, works best for patios with a medium ceiling height. These heaters generally cover a 10 foot x 10 foot area. The The model S34, which has an input rating of 34,000 BTUH, covers a slightly larger area but needs a higher ceiling. The area of coverage depends on a variety of factors in including mounting height, tilt angle of the heater, ambient temperature and wind chill.
Appliance Design:
The aluminized or stainless steel enclosure, along with the aluminum face grill, allows for resistance to wind and rain. The slim design and mounting options make it a versatile option for any patio configuration.
Maintenance:
Maintenance for these heaters is recommended annually. In order to ensure the heaters work properly, the maintenance should include removing cobwebs and debris that can obstruct the flow of gas through the orifice, air flow into the main burner, or the pilot. |
